As a result of sin entering the world, all people and all things were affected. But no matter what level of pain you have in your life, allow me to say these encouraging words to you: your pain will become your purpose.

Thanksgiving is one of my favorite times of the year. It is a time to gather with family and loved ones to express gratitude for the gifts and provisions of everyday life.

The time has come for Christen and I to make our final preparations before we arrive in Tucson! We’re so excited to respond in faith to God’s call to serve Jesus in his Church.

It’s a time to celebrate our fathers, who they are and who they’re becoming. Honoring our fathers and respecting the men of God they’re becoming is part of what Father’s Day is all about.

The way to lead is the way to love.
It’s simple. It’s the way Jesus led. And it’s the way you and I, as followers of Jesus, are called to lead as well.

The old adage is true: life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you respond to it. Life is largely what you make of it - not so much what happens to you, but what you allow God to do through you.
